Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Poor communication, kept car for 2 weeks & no work was done on it, didn’t have a loaner we could use so my kids had to miss school/practices. Ultimately warranty came back and said they wouldn’t pay, so they wanted me to facilitate communication with the warranty company. At that point, it felt like a big game with no resolution in sight. Sold me a car with a faulty part, car is being serviced by them. Unknown amount of days they have to have the car but no we can’t have a loaner. Told the adjuster the techs don’t make enough hourly to test by them. Unknown amount of days they have to have the car but no we can’t have a loaner. Told the adjuster the techs don’t make enough hourly to test drive the vehicle to actually see the problem so warranty company will not cover it. It’s been a nightmare and will never use them again More

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. 9 MONTHS HAVING MY VEHICLE, THEY CALL AND SAY ITS READY. I GO TO PICK IT UP AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. THE COOLANT PUMP WAS OUT. THIS DEALERSH 9 MONTHS HAVING MY VEHICLE, THEY CALL AND SAY ITS READY. I GO TO PICK IT UP AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. THE COOLANT PUMP WAS OUT. THIS DEALERSHIP PUT AN OLD COOLANT PUMP ON A BRAND-NEW MOTOR. I PERSONALLY, WOULD HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER TO ASK IF THEY WANTED A NEW PUMP ON A NEW MOTOR. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. ZERO FOLLOW UP CALLS, THE SERVICE TECH WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS OR ANSWER THE PHONE. ONCE I FINALLY GOT UPSET THE SERVICE MANAGER STEPPED UP (DOUG) THANK YOU.. More
