Very little to no communication. Bought a Toyota Supra GR. I was promised a remote since the car I purchased only came with one. And some might think this is petty, but cars now a days are so picky and or sophisticated that without the remote/FOB key the car will is not start, period. You will have to tow the car to the dealership and then wait until the new remote/FOB arrives. If not, you will be stuck with 50k paperweight sitting in your garage. The remote for this car is 1100$. Special order and dealer item only. I have gone to the 4 Toyota dealership and have done all the research and work to get it ordered. I even text the contact information of the Toyota dealership as to make it easier for both parties and all I received was crickets. I have contacted the service manager by text and phone number to get this paid for. But with no resolution. So after, buying the car on the spot with no issues financially from my part, and 8 months later. I now will have to pay an additional 1100$. If they did not promise it, so be it. I had originally left a 5 star review, that was for the amazing salesman and finance, but after that, none to very little communication about the extra remote issue. I feel frustrated and feel disrespected.
