Among all the dealers we talked to only Kia of Everett was actually interested in selling a new car to us. They promised to find a car of our choice of model and color while every other dealer had the “ta was actually interested in selling a new car to us. Like every other dealer they tried to push a few extra options early on which I refused. Plain and simple. They matched the price I was looking for. The car arrived on time and Doug explained all the details thoroughly. We made it clear we had 2 hours to finish buying the car and that’s exactly what we got. Doug and the person in finance had prepared everything so we didn’t waste time. Overall I wanted a car and they made sure I got it. What more can I ask for! I noticed Hyundai and Kia dealers both tend to not care if you buy a car or not. So you need to go with exactly what you need and you will immediately understand why this dealership turned out better for us compared to the rest. One of the other Kia dealership let me test drive 3 cars and at the end he doesn’t even ask for my contact information. I literally got him to write it down and never heard from him ever. More
