Let me start with thanking Rick and the Hi-Line staff for an excellent experience! I walked in on a Saturday a hour or so before they closed to look at a car I saw on there website, after test driving and kn an excellent experience! I asked if it was possible to take it home today and they made it happen! They put aside whatever the may have planned for after work, stayed late to accommodate me - now that is customer service! Dealership does not want you to come with own financing. They push you to take theirs with a higher rate. Salesman was friendly, knew about the vehicle. Did not provide you with a full tank of gas. The best car experience I’ve ever had. The dealer and staff were knowledgable of every car on the lot, listened to my unique needs, patient with my indecisiveness, and very professional.
