Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Columbia BMW. I drove 5 hours each way when there was another BMW dealership 30 mins away from my house, and I’m glad I did. Dusty and Co went above Columbia BMW. I drove 5 hours each way when there was another BMW dealership 30 mins away from my house, and I’m glad I did. Dusty and Co went above and beyond to take care of me. They could have taken advantage of the supply situation, like every other dealership I spoke to, but they gave me a great price on a new vehicle and great value for my trade-in. Will be making that 10 hour round trip next time I need a new vehicle! More

Such a great experience working with Dusty, Eric and Brad. We made a two hour trip the dealership and got there a few minutes before close. Eric was more than willing to stay and gave us ample time to Brad. We made a two hour trip the dealership and got there a few minutes before close. Eric was more than willing to stay and gave us ample time to drive the car and consider the sale. When it came to negotiations Eric also made this an easy and quick discussion on where I wanted to be and where the dealership needed to be. There was no back and forth conversations just a direct open understanding of what they could do and why. We did not get the car for my initial offer but got a deal that was acceptable and very happy with my new 2008 Saturn Sky. Brad made the financial part of the sale comfortable and very friendly. We were able to walk out with all documents needed to get the car registered without having to make a trip back to the dealership. Thanks again for Dusty,Eric, and Brad and the ownership group’s focus on treating people with respect and professionalism when it comes to purchasing a car. OK so imagine be boppin down the road minding your own business and then some jack wagon (of course with no insurance) totals your beloved truck....Well I can tell you its no fun having to buy a car not j business and then some jack wagon (of course with no insurance) totals your beloved truck....Well I can tell you its no fun having to buy a car not just a want. I explained my situation to Dusty and like a xxxx ninja he jumped into action. I should mention I have bought cars from Dusty before but that's a whole other story. He and Jeff understood my situation and knew i was fighting with the insurance company for how much my beloved truck was worth....as most we didn't see eye to eye. Bunch of crooked xxxxxxxx right there. But in the end this team at BMWW went above and beyond expectations and helped me find a new ride. I couldn't be more happy with the services provided and will do business with them in the future. More
