New rear brakes squeak loud. Took it back twice and they tell me they don’t squeak. Guess what they still squeak. Never going back and I have bought two vehicles from them. I had been looking for a new F-150 with all the options I wanted for several months. Finally found one at Phil long and was connected to Albert Rico where we went back and fourth over email and phone for pro wanted for several months. Finally found one at Phil long and was connected to Albert Rico where we went back and fourth over email and phone for probably two weeks until I finally decided to go look at it. Albert was extremely patient with me and answered all questions I asked. He even had their manager Sherri speak with me to assist. When I came in they had the truck ready for a test drive and never really felt any pressure to buy. After decided to move forward with the purchase Finance didn't take too long and while waiting I was introduced to Dwayne in the service department who helped me schedule getting a bed-liner, window tint, and ceramic coating done. The service was performed a few days later and when I came in to drop my new truck off they had a really nice loaner for me. The bed-liner was done very well as well as the ceramic coating / window tint. The tint had a couple of bubbles but they went away after about a week which is normal. Overall I had a pretty good experience with Phil Long and would buy from them again. More
