Good service but needs improvement I have dealt with this dealership for 3 years now and i don't have any complaint. The staff are friendly and processional. However their service is ce I have dealt with this dealership for 3 years now and i don't have any complaint. The staff are friendly and processional. However their service is cery time consuming. It takes more than an hour for oil change. They do not offer rental/courtesy car. Some may not have any problem with that, but as that old saying says time is money. My last visit was for a manadatory recall and i was asked if i want to an oil change as well which i agreed. Upon dropping my vehicle i was told that to it may take 2 hours for the whole services. They did not have a driver to take me home that day and said they have a "waiting list" for rentals. I had to ask them to just perform the recall only which did not take long. I took my truck to another place for oil change. In conclusion,they have a great service, but i recommendtge place if you have extra time on hand or someone to pick you up. More

Battery died My battery died over the weekend. Took it in on Monday. They called and gave me cost of another battery. Very nice. I had them put the new battery My battery died over the weekend. Took it in on Monday. They called and gave me cost of another battery. Very nice. I had them put the new battery in and they called me when it was ready. Ask if I wanted them to run it through the car wash. Yes, and drove around and delivered by car to me. Payment desk was also very friendly. All service personal I have meet have been awesome. More

Great experience purchasing my new Acadia Mr. Chaisson was extremely helpful and friendly. He provided me with several choices off of the lot and helped me find the Acadia in which my husband Mr. Chaisson was extremely helpful and friendly. He provided me with several choices off of the lot and helped me find the Acadia in which my husband and myself were happy with purchasing. He was able to get the paperwork and vehicle inspected that afternoon so that we could travel out of town the next morning. I am very happy with his help and our new vehicle. More

I've purchased 3 Vehicles with Dwayne over the years and was always treated well. Would not go anywhere else! More
