I have used the service dept. to either drop off or pickup, both are convenient. My wife and daughter feel confident to drop off and or wait for service and not be pressured into add on sales. Great family atmosphere. For the past 15 years I have seen the same financial guy ( Bob ) & sales guy( Dwayne).it's nice to see the same faces year to year. I am always confident when walking I'm getting the best deal in the Miami Valley. I actually can get a GM discount, but I like this dealership more than any savings I can get driving a GM vehicle. I actually purchased my first used car off the Key website, the car was as described....perfect, thanks Alex More

Salesman second to none Dwayne Cornett of Key Chrysler in Xenia has always given me as much attention as I need to answer questions regarding a new vehicle purchase or follow Dwayne Cornett of Key Chrysler in Xenia has always given me as much attention as I need to answer questions regarding a new vehicle purchase or follow up on the Ram truck or Jeep Grand Cherokee that I already own. His help in custom ordering or finding the right vehicle on their lot makes new/used car buying a pleasure. If Key doesn't have what I want locally he can find it fast through the computer system. Product knowledge is something other dealers struggle with but Dwayne has that as well. When I ordered my Ram truck in 2015 there was no looking on computers, digging through brochures or asking "The manager" for info he had the answers to my questions almost before I asked. The other sales personnel are friendly as well. I never had one try to take away another's sale which is often a problem with commission selling. Don't just take my word on how great Key Chrysler in Xenia is wander in and see for yourself.😀 More

Very good experience I was looking for a pre-owned Jeep Cherokee that was Certified and in great shape. On Autotrader I found a color combination I really liked that I could not find anywhere else (white with tan leather - most have black interiors.) It looked good on the screen so I called and spoke to Dwayne who was very helpful in describing the car to me. He even took a video of some key areas for me so I could get a closer look. Key is about 65 miles from my home in Dublin, so this was very helpful since I couldn't just drop in to see it. Given the distance we worked most of the deal over the phone and agreed on a price before I came to see it. I came out a day later and drove it and liked what I saw. It needed an alignment so they worked with me to get the job done at my local Jeep dealer, which was helpful and appreciated. Dwayne made sure it was clean and well presented for the delivery. Overall this was a very low-stress purchase. They treated me well and I was able to complete the sale with minimal fuss. More

I have been personally been greeted with Mr. Toby and his son. the owner Mr. Toby talked to me as if I was someone he knew for a long time. What really brought me back was when I bought a used truck from them. my water pump went out just 3 days after my warranty ran out. I went to the dealership told them what happened and they fixed the water pump free of charge to me. Then the same thing happened with a valve stem on my truck and it messed up the sensor inside the rim they fixed it free of charge for me. My sales person by the name of Dwayne is not high pressured at all. More

Easy and pressure free I came to Key looking for a used truck and I left with a brand new 2016 Ram 2500 in Omaha Orange. My wife and I had visited many dealerships in the we I came to Key looking for a used truck and I left with a brand new 2016 Ram 2500 in Omaha Orange. My wife and I had visited many dealerships in the week before we can to Key and we were surprised by the lack of interest the other dealers showed us. As we walked the other lots no one came out to assist us in any way. When we arrived at Key we greeted in the parking lot by Dwayne. I told what we were looking for and what I wanted to spend. I had seen some used trucks on their website that I wanted to test drive. He showed me the ones I wanted to see and more. He had the keys ready so my family could take them out on a test drive. The trucks were ok but as we walked the lot the Omaha Orange caught my wife's eye and we walked down to take a look at it. Dwayne was there to tell us about the great rebates that were being offered. These rebates along with my dad's employee discount got the cost down to with in a few thousand dollars of the used trucks we test drove. We went with piece of mind of owning a new truck with a full warranty. A big thank you Dwayne and all the great people that work at Key. More
