Lina was very friendly, professional & accommodating, despite having to juggle multiple customers. Her Sales Mgr was very generous & fair w/our trade and rate for the vehicle we purchased. Dwight accommodated us to take the test drive and answer any questions we had about the test drive. My father needed some snacks because his blood sugar was low and Ali brought some to him. They even set us up w/UberEats to get some real food b4 sitting w/Rahul for the finance experience. That was the longest part of our experience here. We had a VERY wonderful experience w/this Team!! More

To be honest we are not interested in any car at Koons Toyota. We were interested and curious about BMW M4 Competition as a replacement for my Porsche. The car was newer and offered incredible perform Toyota. We were interested and curious about BMW M4 Competition as a replacement for my Porsche. The car was newer and offered incredible performance. We also liked the look and color of the car. After watching a number of videos, we were definitely interested and wanted to know if the car met our expectations and needs. We setup a test drive. We came to Koons Toyota, the car was removed from the showroom and waiting for us on the ramp. For some reason we were denied a test drive. Frankly, we were embarrassed and offended. Why? Racism, a judgement of our ability to afford, or maybe we had to buy the car before test driving it. "How much is the car? $84,000. We would need to test drive. You just need to leave a deposit. How much? $84,000." In all fairness to the salesman, I don't think it was his decision. But the fact remains we came in to Koons to test drive a car that we liked and were interested. We left embarrassed, offended, and rather angry. More

Not like going to the DMV at all! We drove 200 miles from NJ to Koons dealership in Vienna VA in pouring rain all the way. Was it worth it? You bet! Dwight Beard, our Sales Rep met us We drove 200 miles from NJ to Koons dealership in Vienna VA in pouring rain all the way. Was it worth it? You bet! Dwight Beard, our Sales Rep met us as we arrived. We had texted back and forth on the trip down given the atrocious driving conditions. Ricky Jacobs, Sales Manager was very hospitable and both were there to help and make the process as smooth as possible. The car, a 2017 Highlander Platinum in the new Toasted Walnut Pearl was gassed up, a FULL tank, and waiting for us. We go there later than expected and it was close to 11PM when we were finished, about 3 hours in total. Could have been faster if we weren't chatter bugs sharing personal stories. When I say friendly, I do mean friendly...:) Mawutor Adamaley is the money man and he knows his stuff. We had a running chat with him as he loaded his impact printer with form after form after form. Now I know why they still make those things..:) Dwight set the GPS for our hotel and we were off. The deal? Great. I bought the Platinum for less than I would have paid for a Limited Hybrid here. The MSRPs on the Limited Hybrid and the gas Platinum are $43,276 vs $44,494. Worth the trip? You better believe it. More
