I said the same thing in my last review, Werner Mazda really represents Mazda brand really well. My recent purchase of the Mazda CX-30, which I really like this car and enjoy driving it. This would be my really represents Mazda brand really well. My recent purchase of the Mazda CX-30, which I really like this car and enjoy driving it. This would be my 3rd Mazda I've purchased and all three came from Werner Mazda. There was nothing wrong with my past 2 Mazda's, it's just that Mazda keeps improving their cars from the design aspect to the mechanics of the car as well as the interiors. All three of my purchases have been with Cameron Landry. He is excellent salesman with the upmost professionalism, helpfulness, and his knowledge of Mazda brand exceeded my expectations. He is one of the reasons I would never consider going to another Mazda dealership. I'm not saying any less about the other salesman at Werner, I'm sure they are all great but for me l would see no other than Cameron. I would say all of my experiences with the different department's at Werner Mazda have been excellent. From Dylan Gallagher in service, who is very knowledgeable and again shows the upmost professionalism and to Donna who works the front desk and is usually the one who greets you when you call Werner. She is always pleasant and willing to help you. Also Jay Trabucco in finance, leaves you with no questions and feeling comfortable with your purchase. More

Thank you so much for a great experience. I purchased a certified used vehicle and am extremely happy with it. There was a small issue with my vehicle and they made sure it was corrected immediately. Had breaks done. Week later they were rubbing. Went back and was told pads were defective and they replaced. Right back to rubbing again they are worse than ever. Also asked them to put new windshield wipe and was told pads were defective and they replaced. Right back to rubbing again they are worse than ever. Also asked them to put new windshield wipers on as they were leaving two big streaks on windshield when in use. Paid for them and funny, the lines are still there which leads me to believe they were never changed. More

When I went to pick up my car and brought it home for the very first time. I heard the unbelievable loud noise in the back of my vehicle. I had contacted my seller Cameron that possibly this vehicle had a wh very first time. I heard the unbelievable loud noise in the back of my vehicle. I had contacted my seller Cameron that possibly this vehicle had a wheel bearing going. I was told it was part of your inspection policy and it was was not the wheel bearing. But when I picked up my vehicle it did not even have the correct inspection sticker for my birthday so this vehicle was not even looked at. I took the vehicle to my own mechanic he told me it was the wheel bearing and was very dangerous and could freeze up. I once again called my seller to tell them they told me they could look at it but wouldn’t guarantee that they would fix it they had to look at it and we would go from there I’m not traveling an hour back down there for not being guarantee that it’s going to be fixed. So I do not feel like I had a good experience with this company buying a car. Definitely would not about the vehicle if I knew it was a wheel bearing see where I have to dish out $570 right before the holidays does not make me happy. After I dished out $700 for the new bumper because the one you guys had on looked horrible. So I guess I would think twice if I ever thought about buying a car here again because I feel like I was done wrong and my car should’ve been fixed no questions asked.
