Dylan worked with the sales manager and made the process as painless as possible. Mark finance work well with us to get the payments where my wife needed it sold her an extended warranty as well. Mark joked with me a bit he too made the process as painless as possible. We will try to by from Smithville Ford in the future when we need a vehicle and will recommend family and friends do the same. We only dealt with Dylan and Mark spoke to the sales manager briefly if they are any indication of the quality of people that are employed there I would say you have a good team. With that being said it is an three and a half hour drive one way for us our son lives in Smithville and suggested we stop by this started last month when our daughter bought a Fusion from you that I helped her deal that was a positive experience and brought us back to buy the Explorer for my wife.
