Good not great. Ended up with a slight ding in my door, but a ding no less. I would not expect this coming from an Audi Service provider. Also, the detailing guy, the so called expert wasn’t much of an expert after all. Didn’t appreciate his attitude as well as some of the others standing around doing nothing. Oh, and the guy standing outside the service department smoking a butt when I pulled up was the same guy standing outside having a butt an hour and a half later when I left. Not impressed but ok. The girl(name?) and Tyler were great. More

This is my permanent dealership! I have been an extremely loyal and over satisfied customer since 2018. There is every service possible and they provide amazingly precise work timely and efficiently. I highly recommend this dealer and the customer satisfaction rate. My husband and I both moved from Acura to Audi. They really went above and beyond including driving my car back to Acura and helping me terminate my lease! I will forever be their fan and customer. Always ask if you are unsure, they will strive to fulfill your requests, follow up with exceptional options and multiple offers. Love you guys and your service department. More
