Waited at counter to drop off car for appointment. Noone was there or came for a while, eventually I had to go to parts for them to get someone. Never received a upfront quote for what I thought was am $89.99 oil change. Final bill came to $121.00. I was told that it was due to 10 quarts being required, which is 4 quarts more than the service allows. This correlates to almost $31.00 per quarter wich is extreme price gouging. This was my last service at your dealership. More

The mobile service was highly convenient and was easy to use. Dylan kept in contact with me to establish the arrival of the technician who was highly professional and took care of several items that were r use.
