Waited at counter to drop off car for appointment. Noone was there or came for a while, eventually I had to go to parts for them to get someone. I was told that it was due to 10 quarts being required, which is 4 quarts more than the service allows. This correlates to almost $31.00 per quarter wich is extreme price gouging.
