Straightforward." These terms are the self-stated business ethic of Lexus of Lehigh Valley and very accurately describe my recent purchase of a new Lexus ES300h. Customer Experience Manager Shannon George managed all aspects of my transaction from initial deposit (on an in-transit vehicle) to a seamless right-off-the-truck delivery about 10 days later. Shannon was delightful to work with - no red tape or gimmicks - and she models the unique character of LoLV perfectly. I will also mention Dylan Reid, another standup manager at LoLV, who allowed me to test drive an ES hybrid late in 2023. Dylan was wise enough to answer my questions and allow the car to sell itself. None of the usual, uncomfortable arm-twisting. For my wife and I, this was truly a "peaceful experience" all around! Not to mention a wonderful, sharp car, too! More
