After weeks of internet searching on Auto Trader and Carfax, I decided to choose a Volkswagen Jetta. My Dad purchases vehicles at World Volkswagen, so I decided to take a tour. I was welcomed by Jenni Negrin. I didn't want to waste much time with haggles or sales pitches, but I had no worries. As soon as I stated my needs, Jenni suggested some options. We exchanged numbers, and she provided follow up the next day. Her personality was the BEST and exactly the type of interaction I wanted to have when conducting business. I wanted to deal only with her, but World Volkswagen has separate departments for sales. I had to close my deal with Mike Piombo, whom I do not refer to anyone. He had a "this is how it is" personality. I only needed him to test drive & close, but he quoted incorrect/ erred prices. Once I decided to purchase, I noticed minor repairs that I didn't see prior to such as a crack in side mirror, light scrapes in the body, past due servicing. He rambled about what could or could not be done, didn't write any notes and left the lot to go home. My Dad, who was with me, was annoyed upon my first interaction with Mike and wanted me to not buy from him. BUT he respected that I felt that I obtained all I needed from Jenni and she was my salesperson not Mike. The car exterior & interior were not even detailed. Upon leaving, Earl King introduced himself and did the honors of going through every feature in detail my car had and set up the voice command! Great personality, and I highly recommend him!! I will be looking for Jenni and Earl if I go back again. Regardless of the obvious mishaps, I Love My Jetta. 5 stars for team Jenni and Earl ***** More

This is the sixth car I have leased from World VW and have always gotten a good deal and they have been a pleasure to work with and the service department is excellent. More

Super Dealers! I came to WVW of Neptune looking to purchase my first car, a red Beetle coupe (which I dreamed to own since I was a kid). Of course, it was out of sto I came to WVW of Neptune looking to purchase my first car, a red Beetle coupe (which I dreamed to own since I was a kid). Of course, it was out of stock because of its popularity (as I anticipated). It seemed to be out of stock everywhere that I looked....but, Roy was proactive, jumping into the search straight away. He is highly sensitive of the customer's needs (He was honest, instead of trying to sell me something that I did not want and looked all over the tristate area to find me the perfect car.) And lo and behold, there it was, just a few short days later! He and his team managed to get me this vehicle that seemed practically impossible to attain (reasonably priced as well!) Everyone at the dealership is extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it! More
