I worked with Audun, EJ, Ryan, Osama, and DeeRay. My initial interaction with the dealership was not handled correctly by Audun, however, with the strong guidance and leadership of EJ I was able to l My initial interaction with the dealership was not handled correctly by Audun, however, with the strong guidance and leadership of EJ I was able to look past the original situation and move forward. I interacted with EJ and Osama over two days related to pricing and model selection. I scheduled an appointment to hopefully come in and test drive the two vehicles I had selected. When I arrived, the sales person who I thought would be handling the transaction and with whom I had supplied most text messages with was suddenly off that Friday afternoon with no warning or indication that I would be dealing with someone else. I guess Osama had relayed some (not all) of the details to Ryan who was juggling several clients that afternoon and was very busy. After having to wait for a period of time, I was finally able to get setup for the test drive only to discover the exact model with specific interior trim (CX 5 CE with red leather interior) that I specifically had been discussing with Osama was not one of the models for me to test drive. I was highly annoyed and disappointed as that was the primary reason why I had even come to this dealership in the first place. I told Ryan I would test drive this vehicle, but I wanted what I had discussed with Osama. I asked Ryan if they had anymore in stock and he said “no” they had sold the last one the day before. I went on the test drive and came back and was sold on the CX5, but still wanted the red interior. I was annoyed so I checked online while on the test drive to see if another Mazada dealer in the area had what I was looking for. Yes, the Mazada dealership where i purchased my prior Mazada had one in stock and confirmed it was on the lot. When I got back I advised Ryan I liked the car, but wanted the other trim and would travel to the other dealership to close the deal@ that dealership. After I said that he finally went to go check with EJ. After about another 15 mins I was getting anxious and wanted to leave and so I approached the sales offices. Luckily, EJ had found two other CE red interior models in stock. I’m not quite sure why Ryan didn’t ask EJ while I was on the test drive. EJ was extremely helpful and saved the “deal” multiple times. Eventually, they set up the test drive and I agreed to move forward with purchase. Even though I was already pre-approved by Mazada Fin before I even went to the dealership, the “paperwork” still took quite a long time. Nearly 3.5 hours after my initial arrival was I able to finally drive away. I did receive excellent service from DeeRay and his attention to detail also helped to improve the Schomp buying experience as he noticed some items that needed replacement parts. After not completing a new “we owe” document prior to me leaving the dealership as I was told the “we owe” document would be updated to include the items DeeRay and I discussed only to review my contract documents the next day and realizing that document was not updated. I contacted DeeRay and EJ once again and they amended the document. I was contacted by their service department late last week to set up an appointment to get the work done and they’ll provide a loaner. The buying experience did not meet my expectations or what I believe Schomp envisions either. If it had not been for the gentle and professional approach of EJ and his help throughout the entire process I would have gone to another Mazada dealer. I understand we all have good days and days where you are likely overwhelmed, so I chose to extend grace to Ryan. He wasn’t rude, he walked me through the loan documents during loan signing, and was pleasant. I think he was just overwhelmed or busy the afternoon of my appointment. Again, he wasn’t the original salesman I was expecting to see that day so he probably had other client appointments. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase, I’m just hopeful going forward I don’t experience any other “bumps” in this experience. More

Excellent place to look for a car the associates were extremely friendly Ryan EJ and Avery took a lot of patience with me answered all my questions no pressure did follow up on any question I had and hel extremely friendly Ryan EJ and Avery took a lot of patience with me answered all my questions no pressure did follow up on any question I had and help me find the car I was looking for I first talked to Ryan last year and told him I would be looking later in the summer and it worked out fine I tend to ask a lot of questions and I'm pretty picky and what I'm looking for and I don't like pressure they answered all my questions no pressure and I could sense that they were happy to work with me I finally selected without what I wanted and I look forward to enjoying driving it all the employees were extremely friendly the sales people as well as the service and parts this is my third Mazda going back to 1982 and my first was a RX7 I look forward to enjoying driving this car and the service that this dealer will provide I also purchased from here because of JR in the service department I had some technical questions and he was able to give me confidence in what I wanted to do I met Jr a while ago and he is always been very helpful thank you guys keep up the good work More

Honestly went to so many other dealerships even other schomp dealerships. But this place was different. It was as if they actually cared. They were helpful, informative, and it didn't feel rushed or push schomp dealerships. But this place was different. It was as if they actually cared. Chuck did a phenomenal job answering all our questions, level-setting with us, and giving us the best deal possible. We had been to multiple different brand dealerships and truly appreciated the "one hour, level-setting with us, and giving us the best deal possible. We had been to multiple different brand dealerships and truly appreciated the "one hour, one person, one price" Schomp model that Chuck informed us of. Chuck was transparent, friendly, and honest and gave us excellent service. He even stayed 3 hours past closing (until 10 pm!) to make sure we could drive away with our car that same day. More
