I had a very good experience at Honda North, as I have had the previous 2 times I leased a vehicle from them. The whole staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. They also always remember me, even though had the previous 2 times I leased a vehicle from them. The whole staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. I bought a new car in January 2023 from Edward who was a pleasure to work with. He had a training to go to on the day I signed papers and picked up and had one of his associates help me with the sticker and pleasure to work with. He had a training to go to on the day I signed papers and picked up and had one of his associates help me with the sticker and showing me the options who was way less attentive and seemed like I was a bother to him. He came out of his training and checked on the sticker and plate process which was over two hours and sure enough the car was ready. So he did go above and beyond to make my experience pleasurable —it’s too bad all of the salesman aren’t like him. More
