Ed was very knowledgeable about all of the Explorer’s features and took the time to throughly explain everything, even making sure that my phone was hooked up to the app so that I could use all of those features and took the time to throughly explain everything, even making sure that my phone was hooked up to the app so that I could use all of those tools. Ed was great to deal with before and after the sale. Out-the-door costs were same as Ed verbally presented. The only dealer add-on fee was $699 which was reasonable compared to all other dealers.
