From the time I called and talked to Ed Rump to the time we purchased the vehicle x2 days later I was completely satisfied and felt that Ed and Matt were sincere and personal with me. They were willing to work with me on our trade-in and set me up with a beautiful new jeep grand cherokee. Ed explained all the technology and offered the car wash plan and the services on our jeep. We absolutely love it and are very satisfied! Good job guys! Also, Kylie did a good job with the exit paperwork/no hassle, told us the final amount and we were good to go, no hassles! We bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited. Everybody at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Sales consultant very friendly.
