Bought five Jeeps, over ten years at East Hills Jeep, very easy to deal with and was given exactly what I asked for. The Grand Cherokee is a great lease, you get alot of truck, navigation, sunroof, leath very easy to deal with and was given exactly what I asked for. This was my fourth new car purchase from this dealership. I felt that I got a great car at a great price. I have had my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit for less than a week and I am thrilled with the vehicle. A good part of my pleasure was my experience with East Hills; it is easy to see why they are a 5 less than a week and I am thrilled with the vehicle. A good part of my pleasure was my experience with East Hills; it is easy to see why they are a 5 Star dealer. The showroom is clean and bright and beautiful and the staff is the best! James was my sales consultant; he is friendly, knowledgeable and really worked to make sure I was happy from the minute I made my decision right up to the delivery. Because I had to wait more than two months from the time I ordered my Jeep until it was delivered to the dealership I also had the opportunity to speak with Ed, Steve, Mike and Emil along the way asking for updates when James was not available. They were patient and helpful every step of the way (even though I am sure they thought I was a pest, at times!). The window sticker even says my Jeep was built especially for me! Nice touch, Detroit. With the help of all of the above East Hills really made the whole experience a wonderful, relaxed and happy one. My new Jeep has a rather steep price tag but I felt I was treated very fairly in the negotiations. I believe a good deal is one in which both parties are satisfied and it is my opinion this was a very good deal. I look forward to servicing my new Jeep at East Hills not only because it is convenient but also because I suspect such a well run dealership will have just as well run a service department. More

My wife and I decided to stop off at East Hills Jeep to look at used vehicles. As we were walking around the lot, Rich came out and greeted us. He asked us what we were interested in and pointed us in the right direction. We immediately liked his approach. He took the time to listen to our needs and certainly did not try to sway us in another direction. Not only did he spend quite a bit of time with us, he also allowed us time on our own, which we really appreciated. At no time did we feel that we were being pressured into making a decision. We did not make a purchase that day, but both my wife and I felt very strongly about returning to East Hills the following week. We felt comfortable dealing with Rich. He's thorough, professional and overall a real nice guy, who truly cares about his customers satisification. I'm thrilled to say that we ended up purchasing a 2013 Grand Cherokee Limited. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Rich Correa. If you're ever in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend stopping at this dealship and better yet, ask to speak to Rich. I guarantee, you won't be disappointed. More
