Went for a check up/oil change, the check up was $180, plus the cost of oil change, so i paid 267.00 for that, they couldnt even balance tire pressure with that oil change, at least valvoline does. Long wait inside at service desk before some one even acknowledged I was standing there. No one was friendly or greeted me with a smile outside or inside. When I was called as to why I brought the vehicle in, I was treated rudely & curtly. They did however fix the issues. The actual service to my vehicle was not the problem, it was the staff.
