I have recently retired from a Honda dealership in San Antonio,TX after over 20 years of service as a salesperson. I say this because I always took pride in giving great customer service. I was extremely fortunate to meet Eric Crawford at Hall Honda. He DEFINITELY understands all there is to know about great customer service. We communicated mostly over texting, emails and by phone. Awesome communication skills! His manager Mr. Nasir was instrumental in helping locate our Pilot and giving us a great deal. That level of professionalism didn’t stop there as the finance manager Demario helped my secure the best interest rate and was able to give me another great deal on my extended warranty. My salesman Eric went way above the call of duty and even drove 2 hours to deliver our Pilot to our home. I would STRONGLY recommend Eric Crawford and Hall Honda to my family and friends. Their General Manager Eric Dean has a great team! Thank you Hall Honda. More

Received car with scratches on both driver side and passenger side windshield. Initially I thought the scratches may have happened due to the car wash after the service. But the scratches on the windsh passenger side windshield. Initially I thought the scratches may have happened due to the car wash after the service. But the scratches on the windshield were from inside on both sides. What care their employees are taking while servicing the car. Never had a bad experience when it was Priority honda. New Hall honda management have to seriously look into what their employees are doing and take appropriate action. More
