We were directed to Camelback Toyota through our membership. In minutes Eddie gave us a call and we had a meeting set next day. In the meeting we let him know that we wanted Sienna in white color. H membership. In minutes Eddie gave us a call and we had a meeting set next day. In the meeting we let him know that we wanted Sienna in white color. He had none in stock however mentioned it will be arriving in 7 days. The car came however by the time we got there the car was sold. He was disappointed and informed us the next one will be coming is 15 days. He was meticulous this time and took a deposit 7 days ahead and made sure we get this car. The car arrived and he showed us the car - it was expensive however it had all features that we needed. He gave us 3 days to arrange the funding. After 3 days we had the car. Once after making the payments he took over an hour to explain all features in details. He made sure we were comfortable before driving out of the dealership. He is excellent and would recommend to anyone. More

The day after I bought my car I was pulling into a store and my car died. It would not start and had no power. I opened up the hood and the battery cables were loose on the battery and bar to hold the bat and my car died. It would not start and had no power. I opened up the hood and the battery cables were loose on the battery and bar to hold the battery was completely loose. The battery had jumped around and thrown the cable off to kill my power. I called my salesman. Told him the problem and I fixed it on my own. Easy but annoying. Yesterday I went to replace my air filter on the car.. when I was in for service 10 days ago I was told it needed replacing. I was shocked to see my AF cover not clipped down at all and completely loose on my air intake. One time I can forgive a mistake,but twice it's on your service dept. Slow down and please do your job correctly. I'm nervous now that my work is not being done correctly. No one has offered an apology or compensation for these mistakes. Get it together please. More

This is our second vehicle purchase from Camelback Toyota in the last few years and it definitely won't be our last as our buying experience both times was exceptional. A special "Shout Out" to Eddie M (our in the last few years and it definitely won't be our last as our buying experience both times was exceptional. A special "Shout Out" to Eddie M (our salesman) and Matt B (our finance manager) for their professionalism, teamwork, and patience as we worked together to finalize a deal. Having traded in, bought, and sold dozens of vehicles, I know firsthand how stressful the whole process can be most times.
