During my used car search I had met EDDIE SCHWARZTRAUBER, he was just as willing to help me with a used car as a new one. I enjoyed working with him because of his honesty and straightforward approach. I was so impressed with the overall experience the next week my husband also purchased a new vehicle thru EDDIE SCHWARZTRAUBER. When we left the dealership I grabbed a handfull of EDDIE's business cards and handed them out to anyone looking for a new or used car. Because of the exceptional service we recieved, my friend (whom is also a transplant) purchased a new car as well. I also dealt with the service department to have some accessories added to my new vehicle. I was fortunate to meet and deal with JACKIE BAKER. She went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I am so pleased with not only my purchase but the dealership as a whole. I would and do recommend TUNKHANNOCK AUTO MART to everyone I meet. He has always provided calls to our home to check to make sure that we are happy with our purchases and if we have any concerns not to hesitate to contact him directly. We would recommend, and have to others this dealership and especially the salesman, Ed, as the buying experience was the best so far in all of the vehicles we have ever purchased. The service department also needs recognition, they are wonderful including the parts department. Jackie, Bill and Luke in the service and parts department have been very kind and courteous and always have taken care of our needs for our vehicles without any hesitation. The service and sales of parts that were needed were fairly priced and also performed in a timely matter. This is very important to us also as we have been able to have full trust in the dealership beginning with sales and following up with service and parts.
