Brad Howard was great. It’s obvious he has experience in this profession. He was extremely knowledgeable about GMC and what they have to offer. His professionalism was top notch, even when his manager Jr made back-handed comments about his duties and being a new guy. (It was Brad’s 2d or 3d day). There were issues on price agreement. The misunderstanding was my fault, but Brad squared it away. He didn’t let Jr’s insult ruin our interaction, customer service, or experience either. Brad is a straight shooter and doesn’t try to pull clever tricks or fake nice guy. He’s genuinely trying to sell a product that fits.
