Eddie,Travon, Steve, Gino and the GM are true professionals!! To be honest, out buying cars over the last 30yrs, I have never been more impressed with the sales approach and level of customer ser professionals!! Experience was very good except for the fact that they included LoJack for $699 and paint protection for $399. I said I didn't want it. They said they couldn't remove the charge because it's already insta included LoJack for $699 and paint protection for $399. I said I didn't want it. They said they couldn't remove the charge because it's already installed. They wouldn't negotiate and remove the charge. I paid it but I'm ver annoyed about it. This is a very dark cloud that rained on what otherwise would have been a very pleasant experience More
