My family was driving to Ft. Lauderdale from North Carolina. While on the way, we experienced engine trouble and brought our vehicle in for service. Ed assisted us and was very p Lauderdale from North Carolina. While on the way, we experienced engine trouble and brought our vehicle in for service. Ed assisted us and was very professional. He also arranged a shuttle for us to catch our cruise ship a few blocks from the dealership. When we got back, they sent a shuttle to bring us back to pick up our vehicle. Ed explained what was wrong and the service department repaired the problem. I was very satisfied with the professional courtesy and the quality of service, The rest of the staff was very friendly as well. I would go back there again when I visit Florida in the near future. More

Dropped off car Friday night for service Saturday morning. Had to call to confirm the car was recieved and was being worked on, which it wasn't. Required AC diagnostics which could notbhave been do morning. Had to call to confirm the car was recieved and was being worked on, which it wasn't. Required AC diagnostics which could notbhave been done on a Saturday, but was not communicated until I brought up the issues. Lack of communication is an issue. They did work to get the car serviced once I expressed concerns, but have to come back again for the AC work. They rotsted the tires and now I am missing a hubcap. The online appointments did not relay what work could or couldn't be done on a Saturday and it set me up with a representative would was not scheduled to work the day I brought it in. Will be sure to never use the online appointment and always calk in the future. More
