4 hr drive, called with all questions before hand, including what fees etc would be charged. Get there to find the car in no way was the same car pictured on the website. Wreck damage/destroyed inte including what fees etc would be charged. Get there to find the car in no way was the same car pictured on the website. Wreck damage/destroyed interior etc. Immediately shown another car. Decided to purchase other car and was ready to go home. Was prepared to pay full asking price because I was told before drive internet was the best price they offered. Ended up tacking on almost $2000 worth of fees(besides tax,title,and license) to the price. When I said no, manager got involved and things turned aggressive and rude. More

Given the complexities of our times during a pandemic, Edgar went above and beyond working diligently to ensure the safety of myself and the staff while not sacrificing on the buying experience you'd expect to get into a new car. The highlight of my experience was the car buying transaction was complete in just a couple of hours. I also had the pleasure of working with Mark, the finance manager, who was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining and answering my questions. So far, I've been impressed with my VW and extremely satisfied with City VW of Chicago. They may have earned brand loyalty from this first time VW owner! More
