Horrible!! Go somewhere else. My sales rep. Told me one thing and delivered something else. From price change of payoff amiunt , installed wrong running boards,service was unorgani My sales rep. Told me one thing and delivered something else. From price change of payoff amiunt , installed wrong running boards,service was unorganized and took forever and service rep. Told me they coordinated service appointment got there and no one knew i was comming and had to wait forever. Also told me to check out to cool entune feature and get the app and download more features. Come to find out that my vehicles doesnt come with this feature. Thanks for turning a exciting purchase to a miserable one. This is why sales people have a bad reputation. Its all about their commission. And if it means lieing and being deceitful then I guess that's expected. More

Must read! BUYERS BEWARE! I was interested in purchasing a new 2018 Tundra double cab. I came across one on the showroom floor so I sat down to discuss price. I had a trade-in I was interested in purchasing a new 2018 Tundra double cab. I came across one on the showroom floor so I sat down to discuss price. I had a trade-in and that is also included with the scenario I'm about to present. I won't bore you with particulars since everything about the the negotiations remained constant other than the deals they presented me. I will discuss the very 1st deal they presented me and the very last, while I was walking out the door frustrated. He we go....... DEAL #1 - $5000 Down $888 mo. at 4.5% interest 72 months. 731 Credit Score Equates to a approximately $64000 with interest plus the initial deposit of $5000 which brings the grand total to $71,000. LAST DEAL - Frustrated and walking out. $0 Down $650 mo. at 2.9% for 72 months. 731 Credit Score. Equates to a grand total of $46,800 with interest. Needless to say I walked out and bought nothing. All a customer wants is a fair deal for both parties. When they employee such preditory tactics such as this, it leads me to believe that the unsuspecting are preyed upon on a daily basis. This could be ANYONE that's not so good with numbers or calculating rates and term's. Your children, mom, dad, grandparents etc. Route 44 Toyota should be ashamed of themselves for employing such tactics. Please do yourself a favor and shop around for a trustworthy dealer. I found Boch Toyota of Norwood to be the most honest and upfront with their pricing. Search AutoTrader.Com. Boch has a much larger inventory and the same vehicles at $3-$4500 cheaper. It's a much more professional dealership as well. You'll see the difference once you walk in and are greeted. Visit Ernie Boch. You'll be glad you did. No pun intended. Just as a note. My sale's person had NOTHING do with the negotiations. It was the FINANCE MANAGER with whom presented me with the preditory deals/offer's. My salesperson Edgar was a very pleasant, polite, and nice young man. Nothing negative about my experience with him. Only POSITIVE. More
