Every part of my visit & purchase was wonderful. Ed and Christian were so helpful & courteous. It was a very smooth transaction. My husband bought a car the following day from a dealership in Oak La Ed and Christian were so helpful & courteous. It was a very smooth transaction. My husband bought a car the following day from a dealership in Oak Lawn and it was TERRIBLE; a completely different experience all around. Super grateful for this Nissan dealership! More

Not a good dealership. My car had issues such as a bad wheel bearing and more. But they did reimburse me for the wheel bearing but issues like this shouldn’t have happened. My car had issues such as a bad wheel bearing and more. But they did reimburse me for the wheel bearing but issues like this shouldn’t have happened. Yes, the dealership covered the cost for this. But other issues have came about. My airbag light is on and even the infiniti dealership can’t figure out why the master tech needs to look at it and they believe it was in a flood or something but dont know for certain. I have complained since day one about my washer fluid having a warning sign and it turns out it needs a new container. The rear brake pads are at 4. The tires are two different treads. This is by far the worst experience I ever had. They also told me it wasnt a rental car but it turns out it was. I haven’t really been able to drive this car because of all the issues and its been a month since owning it. I have tried contacting the dealership about the new issues and they have not responded. The odb2 port is dangling which is not supposed to happen. I have overpaid for this vehicle for its worth. I believed since it was a nissan dealership it would have higher standards than this. I wouldn’t have gotten it knowing it would be like this. I came from Michigan as well. More
