I love this dealership. Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Poor communication, kept car for 2 weeks & no work was done on it, didn’t have a loaner we could use so my kids had to miss school/practices. Ultimat Poor communication, kept car for 2 weeks & no work was done on it, didn’t have a loaner we could use so my kids had to miss school/practices. Ultimately warranty came back and said they wouldn’t pay, so they wanted me to facilitate communication with the warranty company. At that point, it felt like a big game with no resolution in sight. More

Scheduled first appointment of the morning for standard oil change and tire rotation. My wife took a half day off of work and waiting 2.5 hours with no update. When she inquired she was told they hadn't oil change and tire rotation. My wife took a half day off of work and waiting 2.5 hours with no update. When she inquired she was told they hadn't even started. This was very disappointing. However, they did attempt to make it right by providing her a ride home, delivering the car when it was done, and providing a free oil change for the next visit. Good service recovery but could have been avoided from the start. More

Sold me a car with a faulty part, car is being serviced by them. Unknown amount of days they have to have the car but no we can’t have a loaner. Told the adjuster the techs don’t make enough hourly to test by them. Unknown amount of days they have to have the car but no we can’t have a loaner. Told the adjuster the techs don’t make enough hourly to test drive the vehicle to actually see the problem so warranty company will not cover it. It’s been a nightmare and will never use them again More
