My husband and I went to this location to “just” look at Cx30 and Cx5. We were not expecting to speak with anyone or even step foot inside the dealership. I am looking for a vehicle and I am taking my time Cx30 and Cx5. We were not expecting to speak with anyone or even step foot inside the dealership. I am looking for a vehicle and I am taking my time in making that decision. Edwin greeted pleasantly within about 15 min of looking within their new car lot. We were upfront with him and our decision about only doing our due diligence in research! He was so kind and professional. He immediately offered us a test ride on whatever I wanted in the lot. (Mind you I was at Lexus WPB the previous day and it was not the same experience). He gladly went inside and grabbed the keys and let me take two cars for a spin. He even let me take the vehicles on i95 to feel what it would be like on the hwy since I drive to Orlando weekly. Edwin’s positive attributes consist of being easy going, knowledgeable, attentive, professional and fun. We both look forward to purchasing a vehicle with him in the next few weeks!! My experience with dealers in West Palm had been absolutely terrible until I took a chance on Mazda of Palm Beach and I'm glad I did...Edwin from the moment he reached out he was prompt and courteou absolutely terrible until I took a chance on Mazda of Palm Beach and I'm glad I did...Edwin from the moment he reached out he was prompt and courteous and respectful and a class act of an individual..I was treated with the upmost respect and courtesy by every employee and the experience was amazing...I recently lost my brother but they way I was treated with out these people knowing I was dealing with a personal loss...is deeply appreciated...I will only do business with Edwins and this dealership as a result and I would recommend anyone that want to treated with respect and kindness to do the same...top notch organization and highly professional, passionate and kind people here.
