We bought a used 2021 Sienna Van in late March. When we went to look at vans we really had not planned on buying that day. It was never mentioned to us that there was only one fob. We made several attempts to reach our salesman who had already left and was off the next day. A manager then got involved to contact the previous owners to see if they still had it. Meanwhile here I am several weeks later with only one key and no further communication. I am extremely dissatisfied with this outcome. More
