It took forever to get parts, and I paid for a lot of diagnostic tests and a bunch of extras. My car was returned after just short of 60 days with a rear window that would not close . They refused to take responsibility or offer to repair/reimburse me for the repairs after I paid $13,500.00 , including over $4,000 in labor. More

Bought a jeep with bad engine from them, seen the road 4 times only. took it to them. Not wanting to look at it. Pushed it off not wanting to own up. Been having to pay monthly for a vehicle that has bad en times only. took it to them. Not wanting to look at it. Pushed it off not wanting to own up. Been having to pay monthly for a vehicle that has bad engine. Still owe 19400 on it. Saying we didn’t pay for the highest warranty. When we know we did. If I don’t hear from them to fix the issue. I’m going to get that jeep some way there and let it sit there. More

Coolant repairs are completed. Went to pick after initial repair, coolant was leaking and cabin had very little heat.
