Brought my vehicle in at 930am with two issues, both of which needed to be fixed. Received a call at 130pm for brake job and the other issue. She said the other issue was a half day job, seeing as it was 1 which needed to be fixed. Received a call at 130pm for brake job and the other issue. She said the other issue was a half day job, seeing as it was 130. I remarked that it would not be possible to do that today, then. She affrimed that. The brake job ended up costing more than was quoted. She was gone for the day and I could not inquire why. Never offered to schedule an appointment for the other issue. More
