Elizabeth White at Acura of Westchester

My experiences at Acura of Westchester have been consistently excellent for about 15 years. Appointments are arranged quickly, all work completed on schedule, all service personnel very knowledgable, as well as friendly and courteous, and all work done to complete satisfaction. I have been dealing exclusively with Elizabeth White for a number of years and I can't say enough about her. She is just as happy to answer my questions or concerns on the phone as in person. I have total confidence in her as I know she has alway been honest with me.

From the atmosphere to the service was exceptional. I minute you enter the facilty you are greeted with professionalism. A detail explanation was given to the service needed as well as those that will be coming up by the service advisor(s), as well as the cost and time. Yet I was asked if I had other questions and or concerns. Acura of Westchester has set the bar extremely high in the custermer service that they provide thus they continue to exceed my expectation. I recommened anyone looking for fantastic service should visit them

I have been a customer of Acura of Westchester since 1992. I find this dealership to be the creme de la creme of dealerships in both the Sales and Service Departments.Thomas and Liz are superb customer service employees for this dealership. When I get a call from the dealership after my service appointment, I continually suggest that Thomas and Liz should be loaned out and put in charge of staff development for other dealerships in the area. Anthony was my last salesman. He was courteous and a "knew what he was doing" guy. He invited me back to let him help me with any new features that I had on my new car. I did not take him up on his invitation, but I really believed he was sincere in offering that kind of support to me. The whole Acura of Westchester dealership is a warm and friendly place to go to when you're making a large purchase like a new car. They have all their ducks in a row in both Sales and Service. I recommend them every chance I get. People are constantly making comments about my Acura TL when I purchase gas, go the supermarket, etc.

Elizabeth is one of my favorite people to work with at Acura of Westchester. She really sets the bar high when it comes to customer service. Elizabeth is very helpful and is a true delight to work with. Keep up the good work

I have always received professional and courteous service from Ms. White. She extends herself to get you the best service and times to fit your schedule. Ms. White could give instruction in customer service to companies. She is a phenomenal customer service representative.

Liz is the BEST!!

She is professional, curteous, knowledgable and personable... We have purchased at least 7 cars through this dealership and it is because of the wonderful service and treatment we receive we continue to come back...

The great thing about owning or leasing an Acura is that they rarely need service. When they do the excellent care at Acura of Westchester is the reason to come hear and nowhere else. Thanks Elizabeth White!!!

From the date I bought my TL new from this dealership and having it serviced
only by them for the last eleven years; I will say it's has been a "pleasure".
My service advisor for that period has been Elizabeth White who has the real ability "to make things happen"..........
