I have never had an experience like this before. I hope it never stops. Everytime I visit Patterson of Bowie, I feel like part of the family. They are always so eager to meet my every need. Our Salesman Kurt W. Worked with is to find the Ford Edge with the package we wanted, even had to work with an out of state dealer to get us the vechicle. My vehicle had an issue with a door lock and it was out of warrantee. Come to find out there was an recall on the door lock actuators and it was covered. The guys at Patterson got me right in and took care of warrantee. Come to find out there was an recall on the door lock actuators and it was covered. Took a 2009 F350 6.4 power stroke in to get checked out and was informed it needed a new motor over $24,000.00 for Patterson to do it.
