5 from the sales Dept. 5 for Service manager. My husband had to bring the vehicle back this morning. One of the clips was broken that holds down the trim by the windshield. 5 for Service manager. My husband had to bring the vehicle back this morning. One of the clips was broken that holds down the trim by the windshield. The service persons it was given to said they fixed it. The service gentleman that my husband was talking to rechecked it and sent it back to service dept saying no this will not work. Service dept told him the clip was broken and they would have to order one. Just curious on why they didn't say that in the first place. Just makes me wonder how they were going to try and fix it if the clip was broken. More
