She quickly sent us a window sticker which we reviewed and found to be pretty much what we were looking for. She then sent their best “out-the-door” price for the truck which turned out to be in our price range and we readily accepted their offer. When the vehicle arrived, we received a call from Randy who would have all the paperwork ready and available upon our arrival. I checked the vehicle out my son drove. I missed the 10 inch hole in seat with a large piece of missing foam. Key fob held together by tape had cracks in it a dropped of key ring. I asked if anything was wrong with the vehicle and nothing was said. I paid 21,000 for a 2013 and not to happy right now. I have to replace these things. I am worried about the check engine light on 3 days after getting this vehicle makes me wonder if there is something else I missed. As a single mom pulling together a large deposit and to have this happen just doesn't sit right with me. More
