It was a great experience to work with Michael through the whole process of getting a new car. From selecting the right car for me having the right requirements, to navigating through financial options, k the whole process of getting a new car. From selecting the right car for me having the right requirements, to navigating through financial options, keeping me up to date regarding delivery and what I need to prepare for the day of getting the car Michael made the whole process very smooth, easy to understand, answering all the questions I had up to setting up the car and driving out of the parking lot. He is the person that goes the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and is right for us. I love my new hybrid Corolla! More

I was grateful for Enna’s help on a day that I was very unwell. Plans changed and I dropped the vehicle off early and headed to Urgent Care. I had spotty cell service while there and Enna used text to co unwell. Plans changed and I dropped the vehicle off early and headed to Urgent Care. I appreciated the shuttle service driver was willing to pick me up from urgent care but was so delayed during assessment that it was faster to use a taxi to make it back before close..
