I accidentally felt privilege that they have separate line just for newer car owners and it went quickly with my appointment. So far everything is fine except one thing I like them to check but they re line just for newer car owners and it went quickly with my appointment. My service advisor Eric Chung was great as usual. He was able to take care of my service needs and keep me updated on the status the whole way. Longo would be the only dealer I trust to service my ca He was able to take care of my service needs and keep me updated on the status the whole way. Longo would be the only dealer I trust to service my car and I will be coming to service my Toyota as long as I am alive. I will only work with two people at Longo. Eric Chung for service and HEECHER Yoon for SALES. Keep up the great work Longo! You should be proud of these two employees. More

I purchased my car from here. I’m too far away from this location now but I still drive to get my car do its routine maintenance from Longo. I sometimes can watch the mechanic do I’m too far away from this location now but I still drive to get my car do its routine maintenance from Longo. I sometimes can watch the mechanic do its job and doing multipoint inspection. They are all friendly and professional. One thing that doesn't make this review perfect is, when I had my windshield cracked, i thought they would take care of it as I want ( all Toyota parts) but instead, they just brushed me away and gave me a verbal quote of “1800$. I would have just scheduled to have it fixed there but, they did not offer to take in my car neither even recommended just to go somewhere else. Long story short, no problem with these guys, they are good taking care of the car and the owner of the cars, but I would be more appreciative if they treat their all their customers fairly. I feel like if you have the newest car, they are excellent, if you get there and you have your toyota from the 90’s and dressed in your simple clothes, it will be easy for them to just point you around and at the end no one will help you solve your problem. More

Hi I did not like the service at all! I told the tech I wanted synthetic oil. He said yes, when I payed. The paperwork did not say what kind of oil. She called the tech, with no answer... she said, go look for him. Terrible service More
