I drove from Shreveport Louisiana to purchase my vehicle in which i saw online at first and Eric Collier gave me a lot of confidence and reassurance that i was making the right decision with my vehicle. I didn't feel pressured at all about purchasing a vehicle from them. The staff was very friendly, patient and kind. I'm a single parent so I have to budget and Eric Collier made sure that the vehicle I purchased was in my price range. I drove a rental there so after my purchase, he followed me to Enterprise to turn In the rental vehicle. Prior to coming to Rusty Wallis I had been car shopping for a few months and I have never met a salesman that goes above and beyond like Eric Collier. While driving to Dallas with my two kids all I could think about and pray about was me coming back to Shreveport in my new car and thanks to Eric Collier he made it happen.
