We like the car. A 2025 Kia Sportage Prestige SX. We scheduled an appointment to purchase the car, with a $24,000 Certified check in hand. The price that was quoted A 2025 Kia Sportage Prestige SX. We scheduled an appointment to purchase the car, with a $24,000 Certified check in hand. The price that was quoted by Teagan over the phone after deductions for Financing through Kia, and Military discount was $34,758. I verified the price again to be sure. My understanding was that I would finance the required amount of $10,000 and pay off the rest. I could not believe the price and arranged to pick up the car 3 days later. I was told via text that the vehicle would be cleaned. It was so dirty that I did not pick it up until the next day. Matt apologized and deducted $500.00 for the inconvenience. Thank you Matt. When I came back to pick up the car, the price was $1,500 more. The explanation was that those deductions were already in the quote. Did not go well with my wife and I but I purchased it anyway. We felt rushed through the finance stage. We have received several calls and texts from your dealership and Kia Financing to reconfirm identity, which was an inconvenience because we were out of state. This should have been verified at the time of purchase. More
