Haley was great in listening the my concern on the right wiper blade update. The online EV9 forum had numerous photos of the blade after update sitting way up on the windshield. Haley took the time to explain the actual measurements of the procedure and went over my vehicle with me to assure me it was not visible from inside the car and that it was only 14mm difference from original height. I also needed foam removed from 2 tires so they would balance and she provided options and pricing. She put all the service visit work in perspective and kept me well informed as to need, price and time. That’s why McFarland succeeds, personnel like Haley make the difference. More

I brought my Kia Sportage for service on my lease. Haley in the service department was very friendly and helpful with all questions asked. Her manner was very pleasant. When I did not immediately return to the service department after receiving a text that my car was ready, Haley came to personally notify me in the waiting room. She remembered I wanted a quote for a trailer hitch and attached one to my receipt. For the used car sales department where we bought a used Sonata, we had a very bad experience, however. On more than one occasion the sales associate blatantly lied to us about the state of the used car we were considering. We arranged an appointment for a specific car, yet when we arrived the sales associate assigned to us knew absolutely nothing about this particular car. He knew nothing about the warranty package and had to go and ask another for clarity. We were told work would be completed that wasn’t. All told, I will absolutely not be working with this dealership again. More
