I am a second generation automotive dealer. I am part owner with my brother Mark at Halleen Kia. We are Owner Operators so you can always find one of us in the store. Our father and uncle (Carl and Charlie Halleen) started in the business back in 1964 in Seville, Ohio when they opened their first Ford dealership. Throughout the years we have had Ford, Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, and now proud to be a part of the Kia family. I am married and we have 1 daughter who loves to play basketball and softball. We look forward to being apart of Northern Ohio's Kia network for years to come.

Purchased certified, used Optima mid-2019 (42.000 miles) from Halleen Kia. Since then, I have brought this car in for repairs over 5 times within the first 1 1/2 years of purchase, and specifically with from Halleen Kia. Since then, I have brought this car in for repairs over 5 times within the first 1 1/2 years of purchase, and specifically within the first month! I would never have purchased this car in the first place had I known that I would be consistently bringing in car for unexpected repairs, In the short amount of time of owning this car, it’s needed: new rear brakes within a month of ownership, front set of brakes a year later, computer issues making car greatly stutter, leaky hose and a new FUEL PUMP! And now it stutters again! The first brake job I was told I needed, you refunded because you wrongly charged me for a brake job I didn’t/shouldn’t have needed. However, you only refunded me the $500 because I spoke up! Currently, Halleen Kia won’t listen/work with me on a fair settlement. Halleen Kia failed to sell me a reliable, certified Kia. I am stuck with a car that is prone to unpredictable repairs. Not because of heavy driving, but because of a faulty car that showed itself from the onset! I will be happy to update my review, if Halleen Kia can do the right thing and make this inexcusable situation right. I feel Halleen Kia preys on women based on my treatment in the sales and service process. Prove customer satisfaction is your priority! More
