Putting the needs of customer first This isn't going to be the typical review about us buying a car. This review is how I believe people should be treated and Allan Nott does that. We This isn't going to be the typical review about us buying a car. This review is how I believe people should be treated and Allan Nott does that. We currently lease a Camry. We are a one car family and have two young children...we are very active going on lots of road trips. We are getting really close on the miles that are lease says we can have. We looked at trading and going towards another lease or buying. Nothing at this time fit our budget and Ben and Eric looked at all the options for us. Most of the time I would say a dealership would have pushed for something that we couldn't afford or didn't make sense...they didn't. They explained everything about our current lease gave us an option that made the most sense. Yes...they would have loved to sold us another car but it just wasn't the right time. I have always said Allan Nott treats you like family and they are so friendly. That is how buying a car should be. No we didn't buy a new car this time but we will come back because they treat you right. I want to thank Ben and Eric for being honest with us and treating us so good. More

Pleasant, knowledgeable sales and finance experience I love my 2017 Accord Hybrid!!! I am a repeat customer with this dealership. This was the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Allan Nott. My previo I love my 2017 Accord Hybrid!!! I am a repeat customer with this dealership. This was the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Allan Nott. My previous purchases were used, a Taurus, Neon, Prius and Accord. I have always been impressed at the ability and willingness they show to make the deal happen. The best thing about my most recent experience is that I wasn't "really" looking to buy a car but my sales person knew I had expressed an interest in the past in an Accord and love Hybrids so when the incentives for this car came out she and the General Manager put together a great deal that I couldn't resist. Now I have a new car that I love. Not to say there weren't some bumps along the way but we got everything worked out and I will be having a GREAT weekend!!! Needless to say I have and will recommend this dealership in the future. More

4th vehicle from Allan Nott!!! John Gould is always so helpful and friendly he makes the experience enjoyable. The transaction was organized and fun. Matt Ricker is hilarious and he makes signing all that paperwork not so bad. He was very organized and the process went quickly. They both answered all my questions. The weekend after I got my 2017 HR-V I drove to Kentucky to see family it drove like a dream so smooth. I love my new car!!! More

Won't back the customer. Not honest. I have a 2015 Accord with a vibration in the cvt transmission. The transmission has to be replaced and can not be repaired at a cost to the customer o I have a 2015 Accord with a vibration in the cvt transmission. The transmission has to be replaced and can not be repaired at a cost to the customer of about $5000. The service to the transmission are more frequent and more expensive. After a year Allan Nott finally got the regional service manager to look at my car and stated the vibration was a normal characteristic of the cvt and would do nothing to repair it. Allan Nott said that they weren't going to take a loss on my behalf and wished me luck. Anyone wanting to purchase a new Accord should look to another dealership and go straight to the service manager at the dealership and tell him my story. More

My fourth Prius I just purchased my fourth Prius from Allan Nott so I am definitely a "regular" customer. The staff at the dealership always goes above and beyond to provide the best buying experience possible. After the car purchase the people in parts and service continue that experience as I have observed after buying my first car in 2007 from Eric Martin, now the General Manager. People of note this time were George, Jon, Tom, Jason, Eric and Krista - thanks to all of you. This car is so amazing I doubt I will ever conquer all of the technology but I am trying and today am adding some accessories. Thanks again:) More

Thank you for your business. They call with questions, get your approval if something new pops up, and will prioritize what has to be done if you can't do everything at once . They make the Dept great. I showed my bill to 2 different people who are "Motörhead " & they felt the labor price was standard going rates & parts at what they cost.
