Working with Eric Sarjeant and Jacob Balderas on purchasing my new Tacoma was a real pleasure. Everything was worked out over the phone, as I traveled over 500 miles to work with them. When I arrived in Indiana, they went out of their way to pick me up from the airport and get me in and out of the dealership quickly as I had a long drive ahead. Great Staff; No-nonsense service/sales My wife and I came in to purchase a new Highlander this past week. I worked with multiple people, but when we came in to look at the car, test drive, and get some base numbers, it was extremely easy, with no pressure, no sales-ey tactics (like some other dealers), and very to the point, which we appreciated as we were short on time. When we came in to buy, after just a few back and forths over the phone and text ahead of time, we were driving our new Highlander out 40 minutes after arrival. Thank you so much for your work with us. I believe our next car will be a Toyota from Ed Martin and the team in Noblesville! More
