I was happy with the overall service I had received for my car however this is the third time that I asked for a quote on some bodywork, I asked that the quote be broken out between parts (including OEM) a my car however this is the third time that I asked for a quote on some bodywork, I asked that the quote be broken out between parts (including OEM) and labor. Repeatedly on both visits your service technician has not provided me with the information I have asked for. And oddly enough the quote I received the first time was 25% higher than the quote I received the second time I imagine if I ask again will I get a different number? More

Very impressed by efficiency and courtesy. The only little wrinkle was being quoted a price for oil change in the $80s and ending up with a bill over $100. I know that I got my money's worth, however, from all the checking on the vehicle while it was in for a recall. (I would like to understand better the anti corrosion treatment that was done.) I learned about a brake pad issue and the tire pressure was adjusted, for example. Being connected to service dept. by text was nice. And I got a day with a fun little loaner car! Thank you!
