Always a good experience Acura of Ramsey I am on my fourth Acura MDX that I purchased or leased from Acura of Ramsey. I have always had good experience during the purchase/lease negotiation I am on my fourth Acura MDX that I purchased or leased from Acura of Ramsey. I have always had good experience during the purchase/lease negotiations and the service has always been top notch. This week I brought in my 2019 MDX for service. MaKing the appointment was easy and when I arrived at the dealership the service technician, Roberto Trujillo, took care of me immediately. He explained the work that was going to be done, told me how much it was going to cost and told me that it would take approximately 1 and 1/2 hours to finish it. The work was done in one hour and that the car had been washed. I was totally satisfied with the service and the cost was reasonable. Roberto was interested in making sure I was pleased with the service and asked me to call me if I had any questions. Overall a great experience. That is why I keep 9n coming back to Acura of Ramsey. More

Outstanding Experience with Acura of Ramsey Erika took the time to explain all the key points of the car before the sale, and after at delivery took the time to go over how to use all the featur Erika took the time to explain all the key points of the car before the sale, and after at delivery took the time to go over how to use all the features of the car. I was not sure I was going to buy the car from Ramsey Acura, but after all of the help Erika gave and her knowledge of the product I had no desire to look any further. Great organization!! More

There wasn’t any follow up from the sales associate following my test drive and strong interest in a particular model. I provided my cell number & e mail address.and heard nothing over several weeks- no updates on availability of the RDX model that I wanted.Annoyingly my husband received an e mail and the car wasn’t even his purchase but his email address must have been in the system from the past.When I got to work with Erika the situation greatly improved & she was proactive in contacting me & following up. More
