I bought a GMC Yukon Denali 2021 here and the engine went out the same day when i took it home. This was very disappointing but they at least made it right and cancelled the contract. Initially i felt like maybe they could have vetted the vehicle more but others i've talked to say that is just how it goes sometimes you can't tell if they have existing problems until the symptoms are on full display. The absolute worst car buying experience. Found a vehicle on the Internet. Placed a deposit on it. I like out of state. The day I was flying into pickup the vehicle up. The GM (Jeff) calls me an hour before on the Internet. Placed a deposit on it. I like out of state. The day I was flying into pickup the vehicle up. The GM (Jeff) calls me an hour before my flight. He says the vehicle is not ready and doesn’t know when it will be. Flew in and had to wait the whole next day for the vehicle. The GM couldn’t keep track of his lies. More
